Based on true events, this film takes a dark and humorous approach to the irritation and aggravation of having Roommates.
In 2006, Tremayne buys a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse in Virginia. A townhouse he could not afford. Now he is forced with the choice of breaking the contract and loosing out on a lot of money, or quickly finding 2 Roommates to divide the mortgage between.
2 months later taking the financial loss might have been a better choice.
