This property was seized by the federal government due to tax evation. The owners of the property were suspected of funding terrorism.
Since they were about to be arrested they left the country. Apparently they were found inocent anyway. However, apparenrently the Treasury Department nailed them because they left the country without declaring how much they were taking with them. Someone said that they were worried of endin up at Guantanamo. One of the owneres was American, the other Saudi.
The property in Ashland Oregon. It was auctioned to highest bidder. To my judgement they either paid too or they know something about the property that others don't.
