TIRED OF BEING A MLM GRINDER? NETWORK MARKETING CAN BE FUN!

I was a grinder and I grinded with the best of them.

I found out that being a network marketing grinder did not pay and mlm could be fun again.

I found web2.0 which is social networking sites where I get free traffic which was unheard of by me 4 months ago. It made a huge difference in regards to my primary mlm company and it actually works for any company.

I love it with a passion as my passion is back because I can see the results.

Seeing is believing and when you see it then it certainly becomes easier to be passionate about your future since it becomes real in every sense of the word.

Larry Rahn - MrRealEstate.com

Taken from the MrRealEstate.com website:

Why me?

Not only am I an expert in negotiating real estate contracts for my clients, but I have a lot of personal experience as a real estate buyer. I bought my first property at age 21 (barely out of high school) and within four years, through refinancing and hard work, I turned that one property into three, two of which were rented out to pay the mortgages. I continued buying properties from there, and I've learned a lot in the process.

I've been in business for over 13 years, and have personally bought and sold almost every kind of property to build my own portfolio, including apartments, condos, small homes, raw land, commercial space, renovation properties, as well as building my own home at the age of 30. I've had a lot of success with negotiations, getting as much for my clients as possible. My personal mantra when it comes to negotiating deals is "Win, Win, Win" whenever possible. I feel best when everyone involved walks away feeling great about the transaction. When choosing a realtor, having one who's been through it all before personally, makes a big difference.

I have a passion for real estate, which is what led me to follow it as a career. I love my job, and I work as hard as I can for my clients. I consider myself lucky, living in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and getting to deal with buyers and sellers all day long in one of the fastest growing property markets in North America. There are so many real estate opportunities out there, it's hard not to get excited about it!

Whether you are a first time home buyer who wants to get into this amazing real estate market, or a sophisticated investor, let me assist you in making informed decisions.
