Why is it better to buy when the market is soft?

puppy song (warning:foul language)

There...

No more threats of killing puppies.

Just in case you're wondering, this song isn't about puppies at all.

The original title of this video was "vote this 5 stars or I will kill this puppy".

Let me explain....

It's kind of a sad song. I wrote it when I was very depressed (girlfriend just left, out of work, money running out, mortgage coming up, not having much luck looking for a job, etc...), and thought it would be less depressing if I put in pictures of puppies.

The title "rate this 5 stars or I kill this puppy" was a cheap attempt to get my ratings up (which worked, strangely. I got 24 ratings overnight, which never happens).

In this video description, I talked about how I would not just kill the puppy, but torture it slowly and used the segment from waking life where the guy is in jail. To me, this was just an obvious extension of the title.

Please understand that I'm really not cruel or sadistic on the one hand, and I'm not a "cute wittle puppies" person, either.

I'm simply being ironic. A lot of people just don't get my irony, and in fact, a lot of people don't get a lot of what I do, which is why I wrote the song.

That's what the song is about.

Is there such thing as a bad real estate market?
